What we do
We are heavily involved with the initial design and planning process. Our process is to ensure that your development will meet market demands and expectations. Our philosophy is simple: communication between the client and ourselves is the only way to ensure we are all on the same page and seeking the same outcome. Based on your chosen brief we can then get to work by establishing our target market. We commence the process after careful consideration and consultation. A strategic marketing plan is then developed.
In addition, a full sales and marketing is developed with key date and target projections. Once again this in close collaboration with you. Our projections hold us to account. The fundamental aspect of any development is guided through the sales process. All post sales services are then handled with the highest level of professionalism and care.
Our commitment and promise are that as a team we are involved from inception to completion in each development we undertake. From advice on unit mix, profitability, floor plans and space planning, level of inclusions and marketing all the way through to completion, settlement and after sales service, we pride ourselves on our commitment throughout the entire process.
Reporting and Communication

What we do
